Service Description

Meal planning, ingredients sourcing, cooking and presentation of all meals on your retreat. Optional add-ons include interactive cooking classes; nutrition workshops; yoga; and sound baths. I've done multiple collaborations with other wellness practitioners in a variety of locations. Inquire for availability and pricing and to discuss ideas.
