Soups are a fantastic way to incorporate more vegetables into your diet.  They are incredibly flavorful and easy to digest, which is important for anyone with a compromised immune system.  Plus, they make eating healthy during the week a breeze!  Add in a hearty salad and you have a simple, nutritious meal with minimal cleanup. The soup menu changes seasonally and can be delivered in pint or quart size containers.

Having healthy, plant based meals ready to eat in your fridge makes it SO easy to stay on track!  Just grab a meal and gently re-heat .. minimal clean up and no more time spent wondering what to make for dinner.  Menus are custom designed around your individual needs.

Cooking Companion

Transitioning to a whole foods, plant based diet comes with a bit of a learning curve.  It can be overwhelming to do it on your own.  If you have a desire to learn how to make healthy, plant based meals for yourself or your loved ones, I can help! I started teaching cooking classes long before I enrolled in culinary school ... sharing what has made such a tremendous impact on my own health is a passion of mine.  Small groups or private instruction works best ... you will learn techniques that make you feel confident in the kitchen, and have a ton of fun in the process!
